Our team is always available to make your stay comfortable: - At least 1 In-house staff is on site 24 hours to assist with daily needs. - A manager is available during the day and on call after hours and will serve dinner if ordered. - A caretaker is available at night to ensure safety and support. - Kitchen staff are available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM for meal preparation and service. All contact details for our staff and manager will be shared with you 24 hours prior to arrival, so you’ll always know how to reach us if needed. - Breakfast is included in your stay. Cancellation Policy – Star Flower Villa We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to assist. Please review our cancellation terms before booking: Free Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel up to 45 days before the check-in date free of charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 45–30 days of arrival will incur a 30% charge of the total booking amount. Cancellations made after 30 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount. Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total stay amount. Date Changes: Date changes are possible subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before check-in. Any rate differences for the new dates will apply. Early Departures: Guests who choose to leave earlier than their scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full stay as originally booked. Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method once approved by management. Special Circumstances: In case of emergencies or unavoidable travel disruptions (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters), refund or rebooking requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a credit for a future stay may be offered.
